I further understand that there are no guarantees provided by the School related to acceptance of courses, credits or degrees for entry into or by another school. Severance. The provisions of this agreement are independent of each other and are, therefore, severable. If any provision or a part thereof is finally declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that invalidity shall not affect the validity of any remaining provision or part thereof within this agreement.
Purchase Statement. Both parties further agree that by the submission of this document through electronic means, no written signature shall be required by either party and that the agreement shall be in effect as of the time and date of submission by the applicant.
